To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of inaccuracies, or that any product information, ratings, tags, prices, or content will be complete, current, or correct. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
SkipOrStock may offer paid subscriptions for premium features.
You are responsible for managing subscriptions through your platform account.
The App may display advertisements or sponsored content. Ads may be contextual or personalized depending on your settings and applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
